      Yes, these methods are equally effective for beginners.
      I have discussed in my article how these methods can be adopted by beginners. Beginner can start slowly, and gradually can increase their speed, they should allow their body time to adapt and don’t overtrain early on.

      To avoid any risk you should follow the instruction. You should start it slowly and gradually increase your speed over time.
      On my personal point of view, I have used Self generated treadmill. It is really effective. But it was very exhausting in the beginning.
      Anyone with a busy schedule can use it, if the person is determined to maintain their daily workout routine.
